Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a third-generation REALTOR®, I grew up learning this business from the ground up, and over the past 25 years I've had the opportunity to experience nearly every side of our industry—from assistant to top-producing agent, and now as Regional Sales Manager and Head of Farm & Ranch Division for Texas and Oklahoma with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company.

Today, my passion isn't selling houses—it's helping agents build careers they never thought possible.
